No more arguing over cleaning their room, or helping with chores. Instead, they will be excited to earn Runs for performing agreed to tasks. Whatever your child needs to learn can be taught easier and with less stress when they want to win! They want to earn runs, so they complete their tasks. They do not want to lose and have consequences. They know what is at stake and can see the results of their actions right on our GameBoard.

We spent 7 years developing and evolving this program before bringing it to market. It has proven successful in capturing the child's attention when they are acting out to avoid Strikes and Outs and therefore consequences. It has helped encourage hard work to achieve wanted outcomes in order to score Runs and earn Rewards. Tracking how many Runs are scored in each inning helps you to clearly see the improved behavior. The more Runs scored before the 3rd out is recorded the better your Childs behavior was in the period. Dating the Inning allows you to see improvement in behavior. The longer between innings the better. Results are right there on the Gameboard for you and your child to see. Pride in their successes and a desire to succeed are the drivers for improvement.

Detailed Instructions are included. But you and your child determine what behavior is rewarded and what consequences they earn using the included Players Contract.

Ephesians 6:1 "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right." 2 "Honor your father and mother" (this is the first commandment with a promise), 3 "that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land."

Proverbs 22:6 "Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it."

Hebrews 12:11 "For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it."

"Parenting is about finding the balance between setting boundaries and consequences for misbehavior, while also recognizing and rewarding positive behavior. It's important to create a nurturing environment where children understand the consequences of their actions but also feel encouraged and supported in their successes." - Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Clinical Psychologist and Author

"Children thrive in an environment where they receive praise and rewards for their efforts and achievements, while also facing appropriate consequences for their mistakes. It's about teaching them responsibility and resilience through a balanced approach to discipline." - Dr. John Gottman, Psychologist and Relationship Expert

AllStar Attitude uses the rules of baseball to help you correct your child’s behavior. The 8.5” x 11” Game board is a magnet, so it can be easily mounted on most refrigerators or metal surfaces. It contains magnetic game pieces to track Balls, Strikes, Outs and Baserunners. Placing the game on your fridge keeps the behavior goals in the forefront of their mind.

The objective is to score RunsRuns earn your child (the Player) rewards.  Outs earn your Player consequences. You decide what the reward and the consequences are with the Player.  Selecting rewards and consequences that will motivate them is key. You know what your child loves. What they want and what they do not want to lose.

Does your player’s reward include extra screen time, ice cream, or cold hard cash, etc…? What is each Run worth?

Do their consequences include taking away their phone, gaming time or being grounded?

The Rules are set by you (the Umpire) and agreed to by your Player. How they earn Balls, Hits, Home Runs, Strikes and Outs is up to you. Once you have completed the Player's contract the game can begin. This Contract helps you and your player have a clear understanding of the rules. What earns them Baserunners and scores them Runs. What behavior earns them Strikes and Outs.

On the Scoreboard write your Players name in the Batter's box then enter the date that the 1st Inning begins. Each time they Earn their 3rd Out a new Inning begins.

Just like the real game, earning Walks, Hits and Runs are a reflection of good behavior.  Strikes and Outs are a reflection of bad behavior.  Earning 4 Balls equals a Walk.  The Baserunner goes to first base, and any Strikes they have are wiped out and that at bat is over. They start fresh all over again. Having 2 Strikes and then earning a Walk or a Hit is a powerful motivator. The good behavior, earning 4 Balls or a Hit, wipes out the bad behavior that earned them the Strikes.  Motivating them to work to be better each day! No one is Perfect. But we can work each day to be better. This lesson in Life is learned playing AllStar Attitude.

You will be amazed at how fast they respond and want to start earning Baserunners and Runs. How devastating it is to them when their 3rd Out causes them to lose the Baserunners they have previously earned. They will work extra hard with 2 Outs to not have behavior that will cost them Baserunners on the board and those possible Runs.
